The President, Secretary and Open Show Manager gave their reports on last Sunday’s Open Show and auction.

Introduction

Another decent crowd and we welcomed Griff and Lesley.

Business

Jean informed the meeting that Iain Falconer is out of hospital. Once again – get well soon Iain.

The Open Show schedule has been printed – Graham R. to get 100 copies for Graham Geddes to distribute.

Members were reminded about the Perth Open Show on Sunday 15th August.

Graham Geddes asked members to bring in some things suitable for a car boot sale as he was planning another one soon.

Alma has started to organise a bingo tea. The Letham Club on Tweedsmuir Road have agreed to host it and Wilma will get some dates near the end of the year. Members will have to supply prizes and sandwiches etc.

Thursday 17th June was the second Table Show of the new season and almost 20 fish-keepers were there on the night. This despite football being on the TV and it being a beautiful summer’s evening. (more…)
